BOOKING POLICY

Outside Food & Drink

To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are not permitted at any Hare & Tortoise location.

Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Grace Period: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the original booking time.

After this period, the table may be released.

Large Groups (7+ Guests

For parties of more than 6 people, please contact your preferred branch directly via telephone. As seating capacities vary by location, our team will be happy to check availability and help coordinate your visit.

Dining Duration & Minimum Spend

•    Dining Window: To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, tables are reserved for a maximum of 90 minutes.
•    Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of £10 per person applies to all seated reservations.
