BOOKING POLICY

To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our booking policies below:

 

Lead Time
All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Grace Period
We hold tables for 15 minutes past your booking time; If we do not hear from you within the 15-minute window, we reserve the right to release your table to other guests.


Dining Duration
During our peak times, please note that tables are allocated for maximum 1hour30 minutes only for all parties.

For groups of 7 or more, please contact the restaurant directly to check availability:

Booking Guarantee
For parties of 3 or more, a credit card is required to secure your reservation. No charge is made at the time of booking; card details are held securely and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.


Cancellation Policy
Modification & Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your booking up to 2 hours prior to your reserved time. Please note that all modifications are subject to availability.


Fee
For cancellations or no-shows within this 2-hour window, a non-refundable fee of £10 per person will apply.


Allergies
We handle food with care. However, as our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. Please contact us prior to your visit for detailed information on our ingredients.
